This type of adapter is used for 8 lug 170mm bolt pattern Ford trucks to fit 8 lug 170mm bolt pattern wheels. 

Adapter stud size 14mmx2 (coarse).  Studs length outside adapter are about 1.6".

These adapters can be used on the following cars, among others:
