This type of adapter is used for both 5 lug 5.5" (139.7mm) bolt pattern cars to fit 5 lug 150mm bolt pattern wheels.

Center bore is 108mm but steps down so it will NOT fit vehicles with tall hubs or locking hubs like Jeep and Suzuki.
